Spring Conference Vendor Registration

We are excited you are registering to join us as a vendor at our 2025 ICCA Spring Coaches Conference to be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Bloomington, IL on March 14-15, 2025.

Booths will be $150 for the first table and $75 for each additional table.

$650 - Vendor Reception Sponsor ($500 + $150 - one table)

$150.00 (Set-up includes one skirted table/two chairs, meal plan for two people(Additional plans below - $40 per person. Meal plan is for Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday)

$75.00 (fee for each additional table needed)

$75.00 - Absentee Vendor ( Material distributed to conference attendees)

$25.00 - Electricity if needed

This contract represents vendors who agree to abide by all rules contained herein and who agree to pay in advance to secure a space with the understanding that fees are non-refundable upon receipt.

Additional Plan - $40.00 Additional Meal plan (Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday). Indicate How Many Additional Plans needed.(Required)

Special Requests/Needs (we will do our best to accommodate). For example, need to be against a wall, need electricity, etc.(Required)

A donation of a unique and exciting prize will not only enhance the attendee experience but also increase brand awareness and exposure for your company.
