Session 1-2 - Game Day: This session will address the changes to the Game Day Division and provide insight into how to put together a Game Day Cheer. Discussion will address the adaptation to the score sheet as well as provide information about scoring to help coaches and officials prepare for the season. Ideas for increasing crowd response will be explored.

Session 1 - Advanced Stunts/Co-Ed Stunts: Build your teams' stunt foundation with a focus on the fundamentals, core components and progressions of advanced stunting. This session will address the importance of basic stunt technique, body mechanics, and the breakdown of each role in a quad or co-ed stunt group.
Session 2 - Motions and Dance: Elevate your sideline and performance routines with a dynamic blend of synchronization, energy, and intricate style. In this session, coaches will gain exposure to the importance of execution and creativity within all aspects of a a cheer routine as well as sideline engagement. Motion placement, performance, and precision will be highlighted throughout the session.
Session 3 - Conditioning: Strengthen your team from the inside out with this session designed to maximize athleticism and endurance. This session will emphasize proper from, injury prevention, and the development of physical and mental resilience, essential for success in cheerleading and beyond.

Session 1-2 - Choreography and Transitions: Amy will share information to help coaches develop choreography for competition and game day routines, special events, and timeout performances. Session 1-2 - Comparative Scoring: High School Rubric
Session 3 - Comparative Scoring: Junior High Rubric. Attendees will have the opportunity to watch, script, and score routines through the eyes of an official using comparative scoring with the IHSA/IESA rubrics. Routines will be broken down by categories in which attendees will analyze and discuss difficulty and execution of skills while comparing to other routines in the same division.
